At JerseyLab, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Customized or personalized products may require additional processing time before dispatch.

Orders are not usually processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within India is generally 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will apply only when the stated promotional conditions are met.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may sometimes take time to reflect.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• High order volumes

• Remote delivery locations

• Government restrictions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

JerseyLab will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and PIN code.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the order after reasonable delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged or you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Customized Orders

Customized jerseys or personalized products may require extra preparation time before shipping.

Once a customized order has entered production or been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
